- Reinvesting Inwards • The time to change the way we lead the community is here and now. We have a dire responsibility to respond to the call of our brothers and sisters who are faced with various adversities and challenges at their local and regional level as the main focus of our work, and not as a side-shoot of it.
- Enormous community resources are siphoned outside the community annually through projects and programmes without any basis or feasibility, while benefitting very few, while our own members loathe in extreme anxiety of deprivation of higher education, communions of marriage, housing and economic prospects.
- With a dynamic team at the World Federation, that is permanently resident in its place of registration (London, UK), a disposition to the timely resolution of grassroots problems as an effective tool to strengthen each individual, each family and indeed each local Jamaat to a level that allows them to effectively compete with the others at the global stage.
- Tabligh and da’awa – the backbones of our religious value system to benefit from the leverage of our NGO status in order to directly benefit all central and peripheral missionary organizations within our fold and to benefit their ideals and plans
- Time Frame Starting inauguration, most programmes to be initiated and put into active play within the first year.
- Emulate the Leadership of Imam Ali (AS) We are a small community that rests its loyalty with the leader of the faithful, Imam Ali (AS), and while much can be said from time to time, our actions do not reflect our words and our feelings, perhaps. We must now actively tread this path of utilizing his sermons and epistles as a framework of our code of leadership, thereby propagating the culture of care, compassion and equity in our midst, and also in preparation for stronger, politic-free leadership of the future, and propelled by the very ideals that to-date makes this shining personality an evergreen subject of heroism, valour and justice systems.

Professional and contemporary management dictates that new leaders adopt a completely new way of leading. The days of authoritative centralized structures that assign and expect their own line of thinking over and above the rest, is pretty much obsolete today. Those leaders who even today want to lead in a top-bottom management hierarchy are bound to fail simply because the dynamics of our time are much diverse, much different.
